How do i book an inspection of a dwelling for sale?
Give us a call on (03) 5985 3055 or email at booking@glenvuepark.au so that we can organise a time and day to show you around the park and inspect the dwellings for sale.
what does 'dwelling' mean?
‘Dwelling’ is the structure that is on the site.
do you have casual holiday availabilities?
No we do not
can i buy a dwelling to use as a holiday home?
Yes you can. If the caravan park will not be your permanent residence then you can use it as a holiday home. Our only restrictions are that you can not stay for more than 30 consecutive nights and visitors have to pay visitor fees.
Are the dwellings sold privately?
Yes. The park doesn’t have anything to do with the money side of selling the dwellings, we only take care of advertisement, inspections and sale contracts/agreements. We do not directly benefit from the sale of a dwelling.
what amenaties does the park have?
We have 3 female & male toilet blocks with toilets, showers and washing machines and dryers. We also have a solar heated pool and kiddie pool.
if i buy a dwelling do i own the dwelling and land?
If you buy a dwelling then you will be the sole owner of the dwelling, but will have no ownership in the land.
can i rent a dwelling?
No. We only offer purchasing the dwellings and living full time or permanent holiday home.
do i have to pay rent?
Yes. Once you purchase a dwelling, you then have to pay fees to have it stored on our land. The fees include things such as rent for the land, water usage, park maintenance, amenities etc. You also have to pay for electricity seperately.
can i negotiate price?
The negotiation of price depends on what the previous owners of the dwelling (the ones who are selling it) are willing to accept. To find this out it is best to contact the park.
can i renovate my dwelling/build a new one?
You can renovate within the park as long as it is within the guidelines. To find these out then feel free to get in contact.
Yes you can build on an empty site, however, we rarely have those available. The only option for this would be to pull down an existing dwelling and re-build.
